Common questions
Answers for families.
Who do you serve?
Adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, typically served through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) iBudget Waiver.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Skycrest Place LLC operates licensed residential group homes in Clearwater, Florida, with trained caregivers and health and safety requirements kept current.
How is care paid for?
Most residents are funded through the APD iBudget Waiver. We'll work directly with your Waiver Support Coordinator to sort out the details with you.
Can we visit before deciding?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Seeing a home in person and meeting our team is the best way to know if it's the right fit.
Do you have openings?
Availability changes. The fastest way to find out is to call us directly — we'll tell you honestly what's open right now.
What if my loved one has specific needs?
Tell us about them. Care is guided by each person's individual APD support plan, and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't provide.
When you're ready, we're here.
There's no obligation and no hard sell — just a caring conversation about your loved one and whether Skycrest Place might be the right home.
